You would be aware of the recent and ongoing flooding heavily affecting our region and neighbouring areas.
Roads surrounding and leading to the range are either still underwater or closed to traffic. We have not been able to access the range property to assess the situation or check for damages.
There has been a fantastic response and strong nominations to this competition.
Our branch and volunteers were looking forward to welcoming you all and running the matches.
It is with great disappointment I write to you tonight, confirming the postponement of the event.
We are looking at holding this now in October around the long weekend (3rd - 6th)
Confirmation of this date will be made as soon as possible and re advertised on Benchrest Australia.
I apologize for the timing of this notification, whilst disappointing for you all, I appreciate your understanding.
I hope that you will consider attending the rescheduled event later this year.
