Hi Shooters,

I want to welcome you all to this website. We hope you find it interesting and informative. The site was developed with the intent of keeping us all informed about our sport, a place to discuss topics related to Benchrest precision shooting, publishing articles, gear reviews, match reports, upcoming matches and more. We felt it was important to share information where shooters, especially new shooters, can get easy access to good information from experienced competitors. We encourage shooters to become members for a small fee of $20 per annum. This will allow you to place UNLIMITED number of advertisements in our MARKET PLACE section and give you access to posting on the FORUM.

Our plan is to expand the website to include more information through a variety of topics rimfire and centrefire related.

Please have a look through the various pages, you may find something of interest.

The website was established by Michael Thompson, Paul Sullivan and my self but we hope to get all the Benchrest community involved by contributing articles, becoming members, sponsors and posting on the website. All income from the website will be used to run the website and to promote the sport including prizes for the TOP GUN Shooter of the Year and our annual handicap match (more on this to come).

If you happen to see some glaring mistakes or omissions, please let us know.

John Babic

It looks very good John. Hopefully benchresters will appreciate the amount of work it takes to put something like this together, and post something occasionally, or perhaps send a picture. We all have a story to tell, so let's hear from you.

Congratulations guys! Yes it is a lot of work. But looks like new beginnings 👍

Upon a cleanup here at home (in retirment mode) I have founds early results and other stuff of the first Australia Day Benchrest matches in 1980. Happy to pass these on. Or copy and post etc. Just let me know.
