Hi everyone,

A review of all yearly trophies that have been given out will take place shortly, if you have won a trophy in the past and still have it please let me know ASAP (it will save me sending out a letter to you).

When an annual trophy is won the winner will be required to sign for the trophy and ensure it is returned the following year. If you are not going to attend the next national event, it remains your responsibility to ensure it is at the next nationals for presentation.

Presentations are very important moving forward, the history and integrity of the sport rely on the historical value of Short Range Benchrest and the receiving of annual trophies is an integral part of the sport.

For those lucky enough to attend Millmerran would have witnessed the HOF presentation, this will be formalised to ensure those who mass the required points for entry into the Hall Of Fame find their presentation of the HOF patch remains a highlight of their shooting career.

Hope to see you all soon

Good Shooting to All

Regards Les

Hi Les,

This is a great idea to have a register of all trophies to ensure they are returned.

I have the National CF 4-gun trophy, the Den-Lo Park National Grand Sporter Aggregate Trophy and the Lou Palmisano winning state teams trophy.

Thanks

Silverdale tomorrow for club shoot and I know there are historical Trophies there that I am concerned will be thrown out once the works begin to turn the loading room into administration offices and training rooms
If anyone wants me to ask about taking the trophies let me know and I’ll have the conversation with the range management. Cheers Chris
