Thanks Chris and Mark you are right the same rifle to be used for the entire weekend unless you have a complete malfunction and you have to use a back up rifle. As for the course of fire Chris comments about unlimited sighters for group and score is correct but you only have 7 minutes. As for the fly the same as fly shoots 8 rounds on the bench three into a sighter paper with dot on it then 5 scoring shots on the target. The targets will be scored only for points No bonus for group size as group targets will take care of this. The whole concept is everyone who comes to this shoot we want you to have a great time. Shoots don't happen without competitors this shoot allows for every rifle discipline to compete if they want to F class, PRS, Fly, Short range, even rimfire if you are game.

The recent gun laws that have been stated are putting our hunting companions a limit of 4 firearms, we want to welcome shooters who are looking to have target added to their licence to allow them to compete and maintain 10 firearms with a proper match is a win for the competitors and the sport in general.

Please bring flags your A game and a welcoming attitude there has been considerable work behind the scenes to make this happen and the rules have been submitted for consideration as an amendment match for short range Benchrest and the Benchrest community want this to be an inclusive match were we all get a chance to strut our stuff on the target.

Hopefully folks will camp at the range, we are trying to get food sorted the odd camp oven damper and at least a yarn to two.

Looking forward to seeing you there

cheers and good shooting to all
